If you were thinking of trying Reaper, or getting into digital recording, a Reaper user over at the forum has compiled a fantastic package for you.

This 200 mb download has versions of the installer for Mac, Win 32 and Win64, themes, freeware synths, drums and plug-ins ... everything you need to get going with Reaper right away.

If you decide to keep using Reaper you simply register and pay your $60.

Give it a try!

Well. If you downloaded the compilation, good for you because it turns out that you just can't compile software without permission from the author - even freeware.

The package is no loner available.

The rest of you DAWsters can still download and test Reaper.
