Bl**dy Hell... He's playing bury met!!

A venue famed (in Bury) for cover bands and has beens.

I hope this isn't indicative of the evening

I think it's a really nice venue. I saw Mostly Autum and IQ there fairly recently.

Bury Met is a nice venue and even though i've 'bashed him' on here a bit,i will be a hypocrite and go and see him as the Met is only 5 mins away.

The malt bar inside, funny enough called 'malt' do some nice single malts and its worth a visit for that.

Saw Genesis there last year Laughing

B W...........don't even think about approaching me

I take this is going to be acoustic?? Really enjoyed the tour he did in Autumn 08, but if it's all acoustic nonsense, then I 'll give it a swerve

I've just booked my tickets. I Like the venue. It's a sit down theatre but has a nice bar and good vibes. I know I'm in the minority but I love GFB.

Tickets for the Birmingham cafe gig are 21.30 including fees. Solo acoustic? In a cafe. On a Monday. Seems a tad expensive, imo.

Very Happy I believe the Brum gig is now sold out. I know a good few of the people who are going too, so it should be a good atmosphere. I'd post a review, but i don't want to incite or offend anyone.

The Kings balti restaurant is just a couple of doors down from the Brum FD gig venue. Credited by the Curry Club as one of the best balti restaurants in the country!

B xx Cool

Sadly Steve, i fear that whatever i write ( when it comes to Frankie ) will get lambasted, and that " freedom of speech " will just allow some to criticize without even bothering to attend a gig.
