Don't waste money on teflon balti pans. I've discovered they're not dishwasher safe and therefore completely useless. Mine have gone all rusty! Stick with stainless steel.

Another great money-saving tip from the batchain.

Tips that have saved me tens of pence over the years:-

Don't bother buying expensive binoculars - simply stand closer to the object you wish to view!

To check that the light goes out in your fridge when you close the door, simply drill a hole in it to see and be sure.

To avoid losing contact lenses, drill a hole thorugh the centre of each one, thread a length of string through them and keep them tied round your neck. That way you need never worry about losing them again.

I don't know why no-one has thought of these before.......

Confused

Do not be tempted by cheapo dish-washer rinse-aid folks, it's not worth the risk.

Hounds-of Hell owners. Sainsbury's are doing "Cesar" dog food at £0.55, whereas the other supermarkets have rocketed the price up to £0.70! Stock-up now for big gig savings. This includes the new range, like Lamb Strips & Garden Vegetables. The lamb looks much better quality than the balti I had last night as well.

Tesco are selling David Beckham “GO” omelettes cheap!

Price to clear: £0.30 (two omelettes per pack).

Very rubbery and not particularly tasty; other than that they're fine.
