Just a heads-up for the Ken Hom deal now on at Tesco. You get:

1 starter (chicken or vegetable spring rolls),

2 main courses (sweet & sour chicken, chicken with cashew nuts, or chicken with black bean sauce);

2 portions of egg fried rice;

all for £5.00. Pretty good deal, providing you like chicken that is.

Tesco are now selling Bière Spèciale, a premium French lager Alc 4.8 %, 8 x 25 cl bottles for £2.44.

That's just under 69 p a pint!
